Sizes correspond to the perimeter in centimeters. For example, a size 55 is equivalent to a 55 cm circumference.
How to choose your size?
You only need a flexible tape measure. Measure the circumference of your head above your ears and choose the size (55 or 57) that is closest to your measurement.

Shipping:
- Peninsula and Balearic Islands: €6 (free for orders over €40), delivery in 24-48h.*
- Canary Islands: Up to 7 business days.

Returns:
- The period to request a return is 15 calendar days from the order dispatch date.

What courier service do you use for shipping?
We use the SEUR service with tracking number for all deliveries.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Estimated delivery times are:
- Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 24 hours if the order is placed before 2:00 PM, or 48 hours if placed after.
- Ceuta and Melilla: 2 to 5 business days.
- Canary Islands: up to 7 business days.
*During periods of high demand, such as Sales, other promotions, or Black Friday, delivery times may be affected by 1 or 2 days. For the Peninsula and Balearic Islands, we commit to always deliver within a maximum of 4 working days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your package online.
What is the deadline for making a return?
The deadline to request a return is 14 calendar days from the date of the order.
If you are not satisfied, return it (shipping cost paid by the customer, unless it is our error).
