ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

What courier service do you use for shipping?

We use UPS service with tracking number for all deliveries. If you prefer certified shipping via UPS Extra, please contact us before placing your order; this option has an additional charge.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination:

  • Peninsula: €8
  • Balearic Islands: €15
  • Free shipping for orders over €40 in the Peninsula and Balearic Islands.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 24 hours if the order is placed before 2:00 p.m., or 48 hours if it is placed after.
  • Ceuta and Melilla: 2 to 5 business days.
  • Canary Islands: up to 7 business days.
Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your package online.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is the deadline for making a return?

You have 15 business days from the delivery of the order to return the product.

How can I request a refund?

To request a return, please let us know at info@kbas.es or call us at 965 76 09 53, stating the product to be returned and the reason. From there, we will explain the process to follow to complete the return.

What requirements must a product meet to be returned?

The product must be in its original condition, including instructions, documentation, accessories and labeling. In addition, it must be sent in a box that guarantees its protection.

Who is responsible for the return costs?
  • If the return is voluntary, the customer covers the shipping and return costs.
  • If it is due to a Kbas error, we cover the costs and arrange the collection.
How and when will I receive my refund for my return?

Once we receive and verify the product, we will process the refund as requested.
