In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law No. 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, Kbas informs the USER of the following:

Collection of personal data

The personal data, including the email address, that the USER provides when filling out and sending the forms that appear on this portal www.kbas.es (hereinafter, the "PORTAL"), will be incorporated into the files of Kbas so that it can process, whether automated or not, such data, as well as any data that may be generated due to the corresponding business relationship that, where appropriate, the user enters into with Kbas. Except in the fields where otherwise indicated, the answers to the questions on the different forms are voluntary, and failure to respond will not imply a reduction in the quality or quantity of the corresponding services, unless otherwise indicated. Certain services provided through this portal may contain particular conditions with specific provisions regarding the protection of personal data. We inform you that our website includes links to email accounts and forms that you can use, among other things, to contact our organization.

Purposes of data processing

The purposes for which Kbas will use the data referred to will be those indicated in the notice on the regime for the processing of personal data and the email address located in the corresponding form. Such purposes may include sending the USER, including by email or other equivalent means of electronic communication, advertising or promotional information, of a general nature or adapted to their commercial profile, on the products and/or services offered and/or marketed by Kbas and/or by the companies and entities comprising the Economic Group (according to the definition of "group" contained in article 42º.1 of the Commercial Code) of Kbas, whose respective activities include those of a financial nature, in its various forms, social, insurance, real estate, IT, promotion and sale of consumer goods and articles, marketing, travel agency, leisure and culture, and consulting and advisory services.

Obligation or optionality of data

In the aforementioned notices regarding the treatment of personal data and the email address, the USER will be adequately informed regarding the obligatory or optional nature of the response to the questions posed in the respective forms, and the consequences of refusing to provide the data requested.

User consent

By sending any of the forms appearing on the PORTAL, the USER gives his/her unequivocal consent to the processing of personal data and the email address described in the notice on said processing enabled in the corresponding form.

Opposition and revocation of consent

However, if the purposes for which Kbas uses the data include processing them for the advertising or promotional purposes indicated in section (ii), at the time of filling out the corresponding form the USER may object to receiving advertising or promotional information by clicking on the box provided for this purpose. Likewise, if the USER wishes to revoke at any time in the future the consent given for receiving advertising or promotional information by email or other equivalent means of electronic communication, it will be sufficient for this purpose to notify Kbas by sending a message to the email address indicated below: salvadormulet@kbas.es.

Confidentiality and data security

Kbas will treat the personal data provided by the USER confidentially, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data and the regulations that develop or complement it, and with the application of the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of said data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access.

Using Google Analytics

Kbas also informs the USER that Google, Inc., a Delaware company with its main office at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View (California), CA 94043, United States ("Google"), may provide an analytical service. Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files located on the USER's computer, to help the PORTAL analyze the USER's use of it. The information generated by the cookie about the USER's use of the PORTAL (including the USER's IP address) will be directly transmitted and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information on behalf of Kbas in order to track the USER's use of the PORTAL, compiling reports on the PORTAL's activity and providing other services related to the PORTAL's activity and Internet use. Google may transmit this information to third parties when required to do so by law, or when said third parties process the information on behalf of Google. Google will not associate the USER's IP address with any other data held by Google. The USER may refuse the processing of data or information by rejecting the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on their browser; however, the USER should be aware that if they do so, they may not be able to use the full functionality of the PORTAL. By using the PORTAL, the USER consents to the processing of information about the USER by Google in the manner and for the purposes indicated.
