What courier service do you use for shipping?
We use the SEUR service with tracking number for all deliveries.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Estimated delivery times are:
- Peninsula and Balearic Islands: 24 hours if the order is placed before 2:00 p.m., or 48 hours if it is placed after.
- Ceuta and Melilla: 2 to 5 business days.
- Canary Islands: up to 7 business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your package online.
What is the deadline for making a return?
From 29/11, shop with confidence! We're extending returns until January 15 so you can choose without worries.
Outside the season, you have 15 business days from delivery of the order to return the product.
How can I request a refund?
To request a return, please let us know at info@kbas.es or call us at 965 76 09 53, stating the product to be returned and the reason. From there, we will explain the process to follow to complete the return.
