Peninsula and Balearic Islands: €6 (free for orders over €40). Delivery time: 5 – 7 business days from order confirmation.
- Canary Islands: up to 7 business days + product preparation time.

Bags are specially manufactured after the order is placed, so shipping may take longer than usual.

Returns:
The period to request a return is 15 calendar days from the order's shipping date.
If you're not satisfied, you can return it (shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in case of our error).

- Ceuta and Melilla: 2 to 5 business days.
- Canary Islands: up to 7 business days.
*During periods of high demand, such as Sales, other promotions, or Black Friday, delivery times may be affected by 1 or 2 days. For the Peninsula and Balearic Islands, we commit to always delivering within a maximum of 4 business days.
