After purchasing your gift card:

Step 1: We process the order and generate the gift card instantly.

• Code Generation: We generate a unique, alphanumeric code for the gift card. This code is what the recipient will use to redeem the card's value. We ensure this code is secure.

• Notification to the buyer and/or recipient:

  • To the buyer: You will receive a standard order confirmation, indicating the gift card purchase.

  • To the recipient (if specified): We automatically send an email to the recipient (whose email address the buyer entered during purchase). This email contains:

    • The unique gift card code.

    • The card's value.

    • Instructions on how to use it in our kbas.es store.

    • Any personalized message the buyer included.
      

Step 2: The gift card is active and ready to use.

• As soon as the order is processed, the gift card is active and its balance is available.

• The customer (or the recipient, if sent directly) can use the gift card code to make purchases in our online store kbas.es.

• The gift card balance can be spent across multiple orders, as long as there is a remaining balance.

• Gift cards can be used together with other payment methods and discount codes. Multiple gift cards can even be used in a single order.

• The gift card balance is applied to the total order value, including taxes and shipping costs.

Shipping:

• Peninsula and Balearic Islands: €6 (free for orders over €40), delivery in 24-48h.*
• Canary Islands: Up to 7 business days.
• You can always track your order online!

*Due to high demand during this Easter period, orders will be delivered in 48-72h.

Returns:

• The period to request a return is 15 calendar days from the order dispatch date.
• If you're not satisfied, return it (shipping cost borne by the customer, unless it's our error).
