Shipping Policy

Shipping Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation. We use UPS service with tracking number and delivery without signature. If you prefer certified shipping via UPS Extra, there is an additional charge. For this option, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage. Handling charges are fixed, while shipping charges may vary depending on the weight of the package. To optimize cost, we recommend grouping all your items into one order. We cannot combine different orders, and shipping costs will be applied separately for each one. While we are not responsible for damage to the package after shipment, we take every precaution to protect fragile items.

Delivery Options:

Deliveries are made via Correos Exprés, and delivery times are approximate, depending on the service of our logistics operators.

  • Peninsula and Balearic Islands: Delivery within 24 hours if the purchase is made before 2:00 p.m. Orders after this time are delivered within 48 hours.
  • Ceuta and Melilla: Delivery in 2 to 5 days.
  • Canary Islands: Delivery in up to 7 business days.

Shipping Costs and Free Shipping:

  • Peninsula: €8
  • Balearic Islands: €15

Orders over €40 enjoy free shipping (only for the Peninsula and Balearic Islands).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your package online.

Return policy

Return period

You have 15 business days from delivery to return the product. Returns for withdrawal from the purchase will not be accepted after this period.

Requirements for Return

  • Prior Notification: You must inform us in advance through info@kbas.es or 965 76 09 53 , indicating the product to be returned and the reason.
  • Product Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition, including all instructions, documentation, accessories, packaging and labeling.
  • Packaging: Use a box similar to the original or one that guarantees the protection of the product.
Return costs
  • If the return is voluntary, the customer assumes the shipping and return costs.
  • If the return is due to an error by Kbas , we will cover the costs and manage the collection of the product, informing you of the collection date in advance.

    Return Process

    Returns must arrive at their destination within 14 days of the return being accepted. Otherwise, it will be rejected and returned. Once the merchandise has been received and inspected, we will proceed to refund the amount if so indicated.
